Villa Lambros stands between widespread olive groves in a large well-kept garden with lawns, flowerbeds and two ornamental fountains.
In front of the house there is the swimming pool with a separate paddling-pool section. It is framed by a sun terrace.
Sunshades and sunbeds (deck chairs) are available, and there is also a garden table with chairs.

On one side of the 1,200 square meters property there is the barbecue area with a brick-built charcoal grill. Here is also another small terrace with an umbrella, small garden table and chairs.
Next to it there is the main entrance which has a pergola roof.
Both on the ground floor and on the top floor, there are large roofed balconies facing the swimming pool.

On the ground floor there is the air conditioned living area with an open fireplace, a dining corner and an open-plan kitchen, furthermore a bedroom and a shower bathroom with WC.
Two more air conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath tub are on the top floor.
Upstairs there is also another bedroom which does not have an air conditioning unit.
